Privacy Policy for Lumina: Infinite LightThis Privacy Policy explains how Lumina: Infinite Light ("Lumina", "the Game", "we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, shares, and protects information when you use our mobile application.
We respect your privacy and aim to collect only the information necessary to operate the Game, provide advertisements, improve the Game, and maintain its security and functionality.
1. Information We CollectLumina does not require you to create an account or provide personal information such as your name, email address, phone number, contacts, or precise location to play the Game.
However, certain information may be collected automatically through the Game and third-party services integrated into it.
This may include:

  • operating system and version;

  • app version;

  • language and regional settings;

  • technical information about the device;

  • advertising identifiers, including the Android Advertising ID;

2. Advertising and Yandex Mobile AdsLumina uses Yandex Mobile Ads SDK to display advertisements in the Game.
The Yandex Mobile Ads SDK may collect and process certain device and advertising information, including the Android Advertising ID, for advertising and related purposes.

  • display advertisements;

  • provide more relevant advertisements where permitted;

  • measure advertising performance;

  • measure ad impressions and interactions;

The Android Advertising ID is a resettable and user-controllable advertising identifier provided by Google Play services. Users can reset or delete their Advertising ID or change advertising-related settings through their Android device settings.
According to Yandex documentation for Mobile Ads SDK, Device or other IDs, including advertising identifiers, may be collected and shared for advertising and marketing purposes. The SDK does not collect precise or approximate location by default.

3. Personalized AdvertisingDepending on the user's device settings, location, applicable laws, and available advertising technologies, advertisements displayed by the Game may be personalized or contextual.
Users can manage advertising preferences through the settings available on their device and, where applicable, through consent mechanisms provided by advertising services.
If a user disables or deletes their Advertising ID, the availability of personalized advertising may be reduced or affected. Google states that when an Advertising ID is deleted, apps receive a zeroed identifier instead of the previous identifier.
4. Children's PrivacyLumina is not intended to knowingly collect personal information from children.
If the Game is made available to users who may be children under applicable laws, advertising and data processing may be subject to additional restrictions and safeguards.
Where required, advertising functionality may be configured to restrict the use of children's personal data for advertising purposes.
We do not knowingly request or collect personal information from children for purposes unrelated to the operation of the Game.
5. Game Progress and Local DataGame progress, settings, achievements, collected items, and other gameplay information may be stored locally on your device.
If platform services or cloud synchronization are introduced or enabled, certain gameplay information may also be processed by the relevant platform provider.
Deleting the Game may remove locally stored gameplay data.
6. In-App PurchasesLumina may offer optional in-app purchases.
Payments are processed by the relevant platform provider, such as Apple App Store or Google Play.
We do not collect or store your full payment card number or other complete payment credentials.
Transaction information may be processed by Apple or Google according to their respective privacy policies and terms.
7. Device and Technical InformationTechnical information may be processed to ensure that the Game operates correctly and to maintain its stability and security.

Data transmitted by the Yandex Mobile Ads SDK is protected in transit using HTTPS/TLS according to Yandex's SDK documentation.
However, no method of electronic storage or transmission over the Internet can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
11. Data RetentionWe retain information only for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the Game, operate advertising and technical services, maintain security, resolve technical problems, comply with legal obligations, and enforce applicable agreements.
Retention periods for information processed by third-party providers may be determined by those providers' respective policies.
Locally stored gameplay information can generally be removed by deleting the Game from your device.
12. Your Privacy ChoicesYou may control certain privacy and advertising settings through your device and platform settings.
On Android devices, you may be able to:

  • reset your Advertising ID;

  • delete your Advertising ID;

  • change advertising personalization settings.
