This Privacy Policy explains how information is collected, used, shared, and protected when you use Isletlings, (the “Game”), developed by Gamideo x Sky.Place AGC.

The person or legal entity responsible for processing personal data is (“we,” “us,” or “our”).

1. Information We Collect

Certain information is processed automatically through the Game and its integrated advertising and analytics services. Depending on the configuration, your permissions, and your privacy choices, this may include:

• device model, operating system, and app version;

• language settings and technical device information;

• IP address and connection information;

• app and device identifiers, including advertising identifiers where permitted;

• information about advertisements displayed and interactions with them;

• app sessions, crash reports, and diagnostic information;

• gameplay events configured for analytics.

If you contact us, we also process your email address, the contents of your message, and any information you voluntarily provide.

Device identifiers and other technical information may qualify as personal data even when they do not identify you by name.

2. How We Use Information

We use information to:

• provide and maintain the Game’s features;

• display advertisements and, where permitted, personalize them;

• measure advertising performance;

• understand how the Game is used;

• investigate crashes, fix bugs, and improve performance;

• respond to support requests;

• comply with legal obligations and protect our rights.

Where applicable law requires a legal basis, we rely on consent for processing that requires consent, performance of a contract for requested services, and legal obligations for legally required processing. Necessary security and diagnostic processing may rely on legitimate interests where permitted and balanced against your rights.

3. Advertising and Yandex Mobile Ads

The Game uses Yandex Mobile Ads SDK 8 to display advertisements, including personalized advertisements where permitted.

The SDK may process advertising identifiers and other permitted advertising information to deliver ads and measure their effectiveness. It may transmit data directly from your device to Yandex.

Advertising identifier availability depends on your operating system, permissions, and privacy settings.

4. AppMetrica Analytics

The Game uses AppMetrica, a Yandex analytics service, to understand usage and improve stability and the player experience.

Depending on its configuration, AppMetrica processes technical information, app identifiers, sessions, diagnostic information, crash reports, and gameplay events that we send to the service.

Some reports may present aggregated statistics. This does not mean that all underlying data is anonymous.

5. Consent and Personalized Advertising

Personalized advertising uses available information to select ads that may be relevant to your interests.

Where consent is required for advertising personalization, analytics, or access to device information, we request it before the relevant processing begins. Merely using the Game does not constitute consent to processing that requires a separate choice.

You can review your choices and withdraw consent through (conntact: direct@gamideo.net). Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal.

You may also have advertising identifier and tracking controls in your device settings. These controls do not necessarily disable all analytics or advertising data processing.

Opting out of personalized advertising does not automatically remove advertisements from the Game.

6. Game Progress and Purchases

Deleting local app data may remove local progress. Uninstalling the Game does not automatically delete information previously transmitted to external services.

7. Sharing of Information

Information may be processed by:

• Yandex, through Yandex Mobile Ads and AppMetrica;

• for the features described above

• authorities or other recipients where disclosure is required by law or necessary for establishing, exercising, or defending legal claims.

Providers may act on our behalf or process data for their own purposes, depending on the service and applicable terms. Their privacy policies explain their respective practices.

8. Retention and Security

We retain information for as long as needed for the stated purposes, taking applicable legal requirements into account.

Our retention periods or criteria are:

• analytics and diagnostics

• support correspondence

• game, account, or transaction records, if applicable

Where providers determine retention independently, their applicable policies govern that processing.

We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information. No method of electronic storage or transmission is completely secure.

9. International Processing

Service providers may process information outside your country. Yandex’s privacy policy describes processing in Russia and other countries. Their data protection laws may differ from those in your jurisdiction.

10. Children’s Privacy

If you believe a child’s information has been processed unlawfully, contact us at direct@gamideo.net. We will investigate and take appropriate action, including deletion where required.

11. Your Rights

Depending on applicable law, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or receive a portable copy of your personal data; restrict or object to processing; and withdraw consent. You may also lodge a complaint with a competent data protection authority.

Send privacy requests to direct@gamideo.net. We may ask for limited information needed to locate the relevant records and verify your entitlement to make the request. We respond within the periods required by applicable law.

12. Changes and Contact

We may update this Policy to reflect changes to the Game, services, or legal requirements. The latest version will show its revision date. We will provide additional notice and obtain fresh consent where required.
